Moving from an idea to a fully realized digital product

Background
Beam Suntory is the parent company that owns several spirit brands including Jim Beam, Maker's Mark, Yamazaki, Hibiki, Hornitos and others. As a global company, they want to allow their Global Travel Retail Ambassadors to upskill and learn more about the different brands offered in the brand family. They also want to use their global reach to allow their Ambassadors to learn from each other.

Concept and Design
After an in-depth discovery, my team and I converted the ideas into a set of designs that demonstrates the concept to the client. The concepts were shared with leadership who loved the idea and approved to move forward. The design enabled Beam Suntory to share deeper insights for their family of brands to Ambassadors around the world as well as receive direct feedback. Built on the Salesforce platform, this project is a giant leap forward for the client.

Results and Impact
The Brand Ambassador Excellence platform is the first of its kind within the company. It became a tool for Ambassadors around the world to connect with each other that wasn't possible before. This platform allowed them to become stronger experts of the family of brands which is crucial to provide a premium experience for shoppers around the world.
