AT&T needs to reinvigorate their brand and identity but they weren't sure what to do. They had to revamp their mentality from within and extend that thinking out to the customer base. Their brand had become stagnant and needed a jolt to shake it up or their future could become bleak.

Concept and Design
We started by having several conversations with key players from AT&T. Working directly with the Marketing Director, other people in his team were involved to help define the goal. From those conversations, we realize we need to have an onsite workshop and go through exercises to help define more details. Taking learnings from the workshop, my team and I consolidated and analyzed the information to inform the vision. Our vision culminated with a video showcasing the ideas and an accompanying presentation that provided more details.

Results and Impact
The client is extremely excited about the vision we shared. The video is the perfect narrative form to easily share with leadership and other teams within AT&T. The Marketing Director shared that our deliverables "is exactly what he needs to get the ball rolling within AT&T." Our efforts got multiple teams excited about the common vision that they awarded us a multi-million dollar budget across a couple years to further expand and help realize the vision.
